Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items showing signs of use or alteration
  • Items returned without prior approval

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Vibestone within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or a refund up to the full order value, depending on the situation.

Authenticity Guarantee
Vibestone sells only genuine, natural crystals.
If a product is verified to be non-authentic, we will refund 2× the product price. No return is required.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact info@vibestone.co to start your return.
  2. Shipping Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment: Vibestone covers the shipping cost.
  • All other returns: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Timeline
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
